Creole Cuisine Cares to Host Fourth Annual “Fall Fête” Gala Supporting Local Community

NEW ORLEANS — Creole Cuisine Cares will host its Fourth Annual Gala, “Fall Fête,” on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at Marché in New Orleans, bringing together friends, family, community partners and supporters for an evening dedicated to giving back to the Greater New Orleans community.

Proceeds from the gala will benefit the New Orleans Mission, Giving Hope Retreat Food Pantry and Celebration Church, supporting organizations that provide food, resources and assistance to individuals and families in need.

“The need in our community continues to grow, and we are even more committed to answering that call. Through Creole Cuisine Cares, we want to continue raising the funds necessary to provide food, shelter, medicine and clothing, while looking for opportunities to help wherever we can,” said Marv Ammari, CEO of Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts.

Creole Cuisine Cares has continued to expand its impact throughout the community over the past year. The organization provided 8,000 meals to guests of the New Orleans Mission and invested $190,000 in the construction of a kitchen at Mission Pantry inside the Giving Hope Retreat in Lacombe, Louisiana. The pantry distributes nearly one million pounds of food annually to more than 20,000 residents across St. Tammany Parish. Through its partnership with Celebration Church, Creole Cuisine Cares also contributed $22,500 toward meals for students at Chalmette High School and families experiencing food insecurity in St. Bernard Parish.

Building on that work, Creole Cuisine Cares expanded its community efforts this year through a new partnership with Westbank Pregnancy & Family Care Center, providing a $41,000 ultrasound machine to support the organization’s mission of offering pregnancy care, resources and support to women and families in the community.

The gala will offer an elevated evening of food and drinks, featuring passed hors d’oeuvres, a raw bar with fresh Gulf seafood and oysters, carving and French bistro stations, specialty cocktails and desserts. The evening will also include live and silent auctions, with proceeds supporting Creole Cuisine Cares’ charitable efforts.

“As we look around the city that we love dearly, we see the needs and the opportunities to help. Compassion means more than seeing someone in need — it means acting. We believe leaders move first, and we are committed to stepping up and doing what we can to help,” said Ammari.
