New Orleans BBQ favorite marks a decade of award-winning barbecue with a free, family-friendly celebration on Thursday, November 19, sponsored by Urban South Brewery and Big Easy Whiskey.
NEW ORLEANS — Ten years of award-winning barbecue. Ten years of good times. One unforgettable New Orleans celebration.
Central City BBQ is turning up the heat for its 10th Anniversary Celebration: Backyard Boogie & BBQ Fest, a free, family-friendly evening of music, community, and celebration on Thursday, November 19, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Central City BBQ’s beautiful indoor/outdoor venue in the heart of New Orleans.
To celebrate a decade of serving up award-winning barbecue, Central City BBQ is inviting the entire New Orleans community to join the party, featuring live performances by two of the city’s most electrifying musical acts: New Orleans’ own Flow Tribe and the one and only Raj Smoove, “the greatest DJ in the world.”
Known for their infectious blend of funk, rock, and New Orleans rhythm, Flow Tribe will bring their signature high-energy performance to the anniversary celebration. Joining them is legendary New Orleans DJ Raj Smoove, whose genre-spanning sets have made him a beloved fixture of the city’s music scene.
Together, they’ll provide the soundtrack for an anniversary party that captures the spirit of New Orleans: great music, great barbecue, and great people coming together.
A Decade Worth Celebrating
