NEW ORLEANS – With the first Saints regular-season home game around the corner, fans will once again find Eat Fit-approved choices throughout the Caesars Superdome, with an expanded lineup of grab-and-go foods and new options for 2026.
For more than a decade, Ochsner Eat Fit has worked with the Caesars Superdome culinary team to make nutritious game day choices easier for fans to find throughout the stadium. This season, that longtime collaboration is expanding to include something new: Eat Fit-approved cookies.
Developed with Caesars Superdome Executive Pastry Chef Alyx Abreu, the new Salted Brownie cookies and Brown Butter Oat cookies are made with gluten-free ingredients, with just 0 to 2 grams of added sugar per cookie.
“Part of the fun of game day is the food, and Eat Fit is about giving fans more choices for what that can look like,” said Molly Kimball, RD, CSSD, director of Ochsner Eat Fit. “Whether you’re looking for a wrap or salad, fresh fruit or even a cookie, we want nutritious options to be easy to find throughout the Superdome.”
Eat Fit-approved grab-and-go finds include Chicken Caesar and Chicken Ranch wraps, Strawberry Pecan Salad, fresh fruit cups and the two new cookies. Fans can find these Eat Fit options at Bayou Kitchen & Market in Sections 106, 113, 122, 141, 150 and 277; Little Caesars Pizza Market in Sections 115, 143, 207, 235, 515 and 545; and the Mercedes-Benz End Zone Club.
Fans can look for the orange Eat Fit seal throughout the Caesars Superdome to identify approved options. The free Eat Fit mobile app also includes Eat Fit-approved game day foods and their locations by section. Search “Caesars Superdome” in the app to plan ahead before kickoff or find options near your seats.
