NEW ORLEANS – New Orleans’ own Dook Chase will be at The Garden District Book Shop on Sep. 8 to celebrate the release of his cookbook “A Chef’s Journey.”
Featuring recipes from WYES PBS’s “A Chef’s Journey,” this collection brings the flavors of New Orleans to life through the recipes of Edgar “Dook” Chase IV. Alongside dishes showcased in the series, this book includes additional recipes that highlight his creativity and mastery of New Orleans cuisine.
The evening will begin at 6 p.m.The event is free and open to the public, but space is limited so interested parties are encouraged to RSVP and reserve their copies ahead of time on Eventbrite.
