Dolfy’s Announces Momofuku’s Kabawa Dinner Collab July 21st

NEW ORLEANS – Two culinary talents will come together in New Orleans for one night only when Dolfy’s Chef Adolfo Garcia Jr. welcomes Chef Paul Carmichael of Momofuku’s Kabawa for an exclusive collaborative dinner on Tuesday, July 21.

The evening will feature a menu inspired by the culinary traditions that have shaped both chefs’ perspectives, from the Basque Country to the Caribbean, reimagined through seasonal ingredients, live-fire cooking, and creative technique.

Priced at $125 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), guests can expect a curated menu featuring standout dishes from both Chefs. Menu highlights include:
