More than 11,500 rental housing professionals are expected to gather for the industry’s largest annual conference and exposition
NEW ORLEANS — The National Apartment Association’s (NAA) Apartmentalize takes place June 17-19, 2026, at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
Apartmentalize 2026 will mark the largest national event in the rental housing industry’s first return to New Orleans since 2010. More than 11,500 attendees are expected, representing property managers, owners, developers, investors, and supplier partners from across the domestic rental housing industry, along with a small international contingent from 11 countries. The three-day experience features more than 100 education sessions and a two-day exposition showcasing more than 600 supplier companies serving the rental housing sector.
Housing affordability remains one of the most pressing challenges facing communities nationwide, and Apartmentalize convenes industry leaders at a moment of heightened demand for solutions. Attendees come together to share strategies, explore innovations, and connect across every segment of the rental housing ecosystem, from property management and development to supplier services and technology.
This year’s event brings nationally recognized voices to the stage, including Daymond John, Nicole Kidman, and Nick Saban, along with a headline performance by Flo Rida at an exclusive Thursday Night Concert. General sessions featuring headline speakers are open to credentialed media, and approved media may purchase a concert ticket during registration.
