Construction ‘Renegade’ earns back-to-back recognition in national program.
METAIRIE — For the second consecutive year, construction innovator RNGD has been named to the USA TODAY Top Workplaces List for 2026. Ranking #63 among companies with 150-499 employees, RNGD is the only Louisiana-based organization and one of only two construction companies to earn a position on that list.
Based on an anonymous employee engagement survey, the annual employer recognition program honors companies that meet or exceed established benchmarks in the areas of culture, leadership, communication, and other workplace‑quality dimensions.
