Louisiana Policy Institute for Children Welcomes New Policy Analyst

BATON ROUGE – The Louisiana Policy Institute for Children (LPIC) is pleased to announce that Page Gray has joined the organization as Policy Analyst. In this role, Gray will support LPIC’s efforts to advance data-driven early childhood policies that improve the outcomes for children and families across Louisiana.

Gray brings valuable experience in data analysis and tax policy research, including analysis of the economic returns of early childhood investment, strengthening the organization’s capacity to translate complex data into actionable policy solutions. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Louisiana State University. At LPIC, he will play a critical role in advancing research and policies that increase access to high-quality early childhood education and help create an effective, equitable, sustainable, and high-quality early childhood education system in Louisiana.

“Page brings a strong analytical lens and a deep understanding of policy that will be instrumental,” said Libbie Sonnier, PhD, chief executive officer of the Louisiana Policy Institute for Children. “His expertise will help ensure our work is grounded in rigorous data and responsive to the needs of children and families across the state.”

LPIC remains committed to building a stronger early childhood system through research, advocacy, and collaboration, and Gray’s addition to the team further strengthens that mission.
