TurnKey Renovators Caps 2025 with Projects

NEW ORLEANSTurnKey Renovators closed out 2025 after completing a range of commercial and residential renovation projects across the Greater New Orleans area, spanning large-scale property upgrades, custom fabrication work and detailed residential renovations.

Central Business District Renovation

One of the company’s most significant projects took place at 401 Baronne Street in the Central Business District, where TurnKey Renovators completed a full interior and exterior renovation of a property preparing for short-term leasing. The work was completed in three weeks and included a complete transformation of a large front room that previously featured dark finishes.

The renovation resulted in a bright, modern interior and included extensive roof reconstruction. The roofing work, completed over nine days, required repairs to rotted sections and areas surrounding air-conditioning units. The completed project positioned the building for its next phase of operation.

Residential Projects

In residential construction, the company completed multiple full bathroom renovations, including a project on Stella Street in Old Metairie. Longtime client Katie, who has worked with TurnKey Renovators on more than five projects, said she has continued to rely on the company for repeat work. “I had hired them to do a couple projects on my last house and the projects came out amazing,” she said. “I’ve been really happy with the projects and I don’t think I would trust anyone else.”

Custom Ironwork and Fencing

TurnKey Renovators also completed a custom iron fence installation at 3003 S. Carrollton Ave., now home to Petite Krewe Pediatric Dentistry. The project included 238 linear feet of solid pickets, double pedestrian gates, and a 22-foot canal lever gate with an automatic opener. The installation was completed over two weeks and was designed to improve both security and curb appeal.

Balcony Installation at Daisy Dukes

Another 2025 project included a custom iron balcony installation at Daisy Dukes Diner at 308 St. Charles Avenue. The work added architectural detail to the long-standing New Orleans restaurant while maintaining the character of the historic building.

Looking Ahead

Looking ahead to 2026, TurnKey Renovators plans to build on its existing commercial portfolio while expanding its custom design capabilities and taking on additional full-home renovation projects. Company leadership said the focus will include more complex build-outs, specialty fabrication and larger-scale residential work across the Greater New Orleans area.
