NEW ORLEANS — Bodega New Orleans is proud to announce the release of its Jewish High Holidays catering menu, now open for pre-orders. This year’s menu offers a carefully crafted blend of traditional classics and modern takes, designed to bring families together in celebration of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.
Highlights include the restaurant’s beloved coffee and red wine brisket, a customer favorite known for its rich flavor, as well as house-made matzo ball soup, prepared with a bone broth that simmers for over 24 hours to achieve unmatched depth and comfort. Guests can also enjoy an assortment of additional holiday staples and chef-curated specialties.
“Our High Holidays menu is a mix of recipes from my Bubbe and dishes I’ve developed over the years that I’ve enjoyed serving at my own holiday table,” said Chef Jaryd Kase. “It’s about honoring tradition while sharing the flavors that make these holidays so meaningful.”
Pre-orders for Rosh Hashanah are available until September 18, while orders for Yom Kippur will remain open through September 28.
