NEW ORLEANS – The Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra (LPO) will celebrate GiveNOLA Day with a Happy Hour celebration at The Broadside on Tuesday, May 6, at 6 p.m. Organizers share that audience members will receive an inside look into the LPO’s local and statewide impact through its educational and community engagement programs along with an evening of live music under the stars. Musical performances will feature an LPO String Quintet, the LPO Horn Section, progressive rock band Derfunk, and student musicians from LPO Academy.
