NEW ORLEANS – Peacock Room recently announced the Soulful Sessions music series performances for November. As part of Peacock Room’s long-standing partnership with Robin Barnes and Pat Casey of Da Lovebirds, the series continues to showcase a diverse lineup of talented New Orleans-based artists curated by the musical pair. For the November series, Da Lovebirds will welcome Amelia Karcher to the Peacock Room stage on Thursday, Nov. 7, and Thursday, Nov. 14.
“Amelia Karcher is a dynamic singer renowned for her vibrant energy and captivating performances,” the Peacock Room shared about the performances. “With a powerful voice and electrifying stage presence, she has dazzled audiences nationwide, opening for acts like Kansas, Wilson Phillips, The Guess Who, and more. Her distinctive sound fuses rock and soul, reflecting her diverse influences and creativity. Originally from a musical family in upstate New York, Amelia now calls New Orleans home, where she continues to pursue her passion for music.”
During the shows, guests are also welcome to indulge in Peacock Room’s signature and seasonal craft cocktails served until midnight, such as the refreshing Jade Dragon and Another Place and Time, which features a slightly smoky scotch with nutty notes and rounded out with the sweetness of sherry, perfect for the fall season.
