NEW ORLEANS — The New Orleans Recreation Development (NORD) Commission is pleased to announce that it is seeking individuals, organizations, and other entities to apply for 2025 summer program partnerships. These partnerships will support NORD Summer Camps, which serve youth ages 4-12 and teens ages 13-15.
Key dates and details for the Summer 2025 partnership process are as follows:
- Application Release Date: Friday, Oct. 4
- Technical Assistance Workshops (Mandatory for all applicants):
- Wednesday, Oct. 23 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Milne Recreation Center
- Wednesday, Oct. 23 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Milne Recreation Center
(Note: Applicants must attend one session, but do not need to attend both.)
- Application Deadline: Wednesday, Nov. 20 by 5:00 p.m.
Providers will be required to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement (CEA) with the City of New Orleans before their programs can be activated once their applications are approved.
