The Chloe Announces Backyard Bash Debut

NEW ORLEANSThe Chloe is set to debut an exciting new culinary event series. The Backyard Bash series is hosted by executive chef Ben Triola and celebrates a bounty of fresh, local ingredients.

The series launches Thursday, May 16, with a Louisiana crawfish boil. Chef Triola will be serving up hearty crawfish platters complete with his signature braised alligator wings and all the fixings, perfectly paired with an ice-cold Miller High Life – all for just $30. The boil can be enjoyed poolside or on their brand-new renovated back deck. The evenings playlist will be curated by Adjacent on WWOZ.

The Bash will go from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., available until supplies last.
