The Bower to Host Steak and Old Fashioned Lunch Jan. 26th

NEW ORLEANS – The Steak and Old Fashioned Lunch will take place at The Bower on Friday, Jan. 26, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. 

Priced at $50 per person (plus tax and gratuity), Executive Chef Marcus Woodham is offering a delightful two-course lunch menu, including a New York Strip, salad, and delicious sides. The restaurant will also have $10 Buffalo Trace Old Fashioneds, as well as 1oz pours of top-tier bourbons like Van Winkle 12 YearRip Van Winkle 15 YearBlanton’s Gold, and High West Midwinter Night’s Dram. The menu follows:

1st Course

Bower Caesar Salad

little gem lettuce, parmesan, anchovies, pangrattato, house Caesar dressing

2nd Course

12oz New York Strip

choice of bordelaise or au poivre sauce

served with crispy new potatoes and creamed collard greens
