NEW ORLEANS — NOEL (New Orleans Education League) and HBAGNO (Home Builders Association of Greater New Orleans) are hosting a seminar on Wednesday, Oct. 18, 9AM-1PM, featuring a variety of topics vital to area homeowners. The three-hour program will include presentations from experts on topics covering roofing, wind mitigation, roofing grants, insurance premiums, down payment assistance programs, and more.
