NEW ORLEANS – The Elysian Bar’s Executive Chef Kyle Focken has created an elegant three-course menu that pairs beautifully with the natural wines of Marigny/St. Reginald Winery from Oregon’s Willamette Valley – who are most recently taking center stage with two collaborations with Chef Molly Baz.
