LOUISIANA — AT&T has appointed David Aubrey to the position of President, AT&T Louisiana, where he will lead the company’s strategy, policy, and corporate affairs activities, as well as guide governmental and community policy decisions.
“As a Louisiana native, it is such an honor to have the opportunity to continue working alongside the tremendous team of 3,200 AT&T employees who also call Louisiana home,” said Aubrey. “It is also my distinct pleasure to build on the momentum we have developed over the years as state and local policymakers have cultivated an environment in Louisiana that welcomes investment from the public sector. In that environment, we are making every effort to extend modern, high-speed infrastructure in communities across the state to help close the digital divide.”
Over the years, Aubrey has held a variety of roles across Louisiana in both the public and private sector, and he began his career at AT&T in 2014. For the past two years, he served as the vice president of legislative affairs.
Aubrey serves on the Louisiana Board of Regents, is a member of the Board of Directors for LABI, serves with the Louisiana Committee of 100, the Grambling University Foundation, Friends of LPB, and the Louisiana Leadership Institute. He currently serves as the President of the Louisiana Legislative Black Caucus Foundation Board.
