JEFFERSON – The Jefferson Parish Workforce Development Department, in partnership with JEDCO and Delgado Community College, will be hosting a career and employment expo on Saturday, March 18, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Alario Center (2000 Segnette Blvd., Westwego, LA 70094).
This expo is an opportunity to meet with employers, training providers and community partners regarding full or part time employment, summer employment, mental health services, as well as utility and rental assistance. There will also be free career training opportunities for truck driving, welding, healthcare, manufacturing, diesel mechanic and many other industries.
