N.O. Chamber Educational Seminar 3/14: Mental Health in The Workplace

NEW ORLEANS — Burnout is an increasing problem in the workplace. It leads to high turnover, unpleasant work environments, and low productivity. In the end, burnout will affect your company’s bottom line.

So how can employers and employees reduce burnout in the workplace?
This educational seminar by the New Orleans Chamber will dive into the importance of caring for our mental health in the workplace. We will discuss sustainable approaches to mental health care in terms of eliminating stigma, preventing burnout, and supporting growth.

Attendees will leave this seminar with tools to help improve their health, company culture, team building, workplace productivity, and social engagement. A panel of experts in the health and HR fields will provide insight that will benefit employers, staff, and organizations.
