NEW ORLEANS – Nestled on the ground floor of New Orleans’ charming Pontchartrain Hotel, Bayou Bar, the casual tavern-style bar that once served as a drinking den for both Sinatra and Capote, is inviting imbibers to experience Bayou Bourbon Club – a guided bourbon tasting experience led by Bayou Bar’s whiskey aficionado Christopher Willis.
Priced at $50 per person, each ticket includes four guided tastings, a deep dive into Bayou Bar’s history, and signature bites by Chef/Owner Brian Landry. Snacks include succulent Duck Poppers served with cane gastrique and herb cream cheese; Sticky Rib Tips served with pepper jelly; and Wild Mushroom Grilled Cheese with Manchego and truffle, among others.
Bayou Bar is in compliance with the City of New Orleans’ vaccination mandate and requires individuals age 5+ to show proof of full vaccination or a negative test.
