NEW ORLEANS — Gris-Gris is excited to team up with premium French cookware manufacturer Le Creuset to celebrate the brand’s latest color launch — CAYENNE — with an exclusive “hot dish” pop-up dinner series on August 11 and 12!
Leaning into the color’s spicy aesthetic and using this as inspiration, Executive Chef Eric Cook has crafted a four-course menu that leans into its fiery flavors – with dishes including a Gulf oyster stew, summer watermelon salad, braised short ribs and grits, and put-up satsuma custard – all adding elements of spice that are sure to surprise.
Tickets are available for $160 and include a spicy welcome cocktail, a four-course meal by Chef Eric Cook and wine pairings.
