About Lisa Fitzpatrick
Lisa Fitzpatrick advises insurers and businesses on complex insurance coverage and potential bad faith matters, providing clear, practical guidance on issues such as duty-to-defend determinations and coverage exposure assessments. Her experience includes first-party and third-party claims, additional insured disputes, and matters involving general liability, professional liability, property, and commercial auto insurance.
Before focusing her practice on insurance law, Lisa practiced business law, drafting contracts and advising clients on commercial transactions. She earned her undergraduate degree with distinction from the University of Virginia and received her Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law in 2002.
