NEW ORLEANS – Following the announcement of their updated fall menu, Ruby Slipper shares that diners can give a little back while eating brunch with the restaurant chain’s “Ruby Goes Pink” campaign benefiting the American Cancer Society (ACS) for Breast Cancer Month.
Through Nov. 3, there are a few ways that guests can give back while supporting a local restaurant at the same time. First, they can round up their checks by one, three or five dollars that is donated directly to American Cancer Society. The restaurant is also offering Ruby x ACS t-shirts, where 10 percent of the proceeds from the shirt sale is donated to American Cancer Society. Finally, the company urges guests to support Ruby Krewe member Michael, who’s fundraising for the Men Wear Pink campaign, which engages community leaders across the country to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer initiatives.
The Ruby Goes Pink fundraiser is happening at all Ruby Slipper restaurants now through Nov. 3.
