NEW ORLEANS – Broussard’s Restaurant & Courtyard has announced Bourbon & Broussard’s: A Spirited Evening, set for Thursday, Nov. 20. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., with dinner beginning at 6 p.m. Guests will enjoy a four-course culinary journey thoughtfully paired with premium bourbons from Seven Three Distilling Co. Tickets are $90 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity. In addition, Seven Three Distilling will provide each guest with a certificate for a complimentary distillery tour for two.
The intimate evening begins with Warm Camembert served alongside pear bacon jam, spiced candied pecans, and apricot pistachio flatbreads, paired with Bywater Straight Bourbon. Next, Molasses Cured Salmon with a sweet potato galette, crème fraiche, and smoked sea salt, is complemented by Bywater Four Grain Bourbon. The third course features Pork Cheek Confit with gnocchi, butternut squash purée, cracklin braised kale, and cider brown butter vinaigrette, matched with Whiskey Tree High Rye Straight Bourbon. For dessert, guests will indulge in Pumpkin Tiramisu layered with sweet spices and whipped mascarpone, paired with Whiskey Tree Wheated Straight Bourbon.
