NEW ORLEANS — Registration is open for the Urban League of Louisiana’s Empowerment & Policy Conference and Gala, taking place October 28–30, 2025 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center!
This year’s theme, “UNITE: A call for Louisiana to close divides and build pathways to shared prosperity, justice, and opportunity,” will bring together community members, civic leaders, advocates, and experts for one of the state’s most impactful convenings.
The Empowerment & Policy Conference is free and will take place Tuesday, October 28 and Wednesday, October 29 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center and offer:

Health Equity · Wealth Generation · Civil Rights · Authors & Advocacy - Special Youth Symposium empowering the next generation of leaders
- Nationally recognized voices, Statewide leaders, and Local experts
The Annual Gala will take place Thursday, October 30 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center Great Hall and will celebrate incredible honorees for their remarkable contributions in Louisiana.
