NEW ORLEANS – City Park Conservancy (CPC) and NewAge Products are offering a Taste of the Season in November.
On Sunday, Nov. 2, guests are invited to the New Orleans Botanical Garden for a cultural celebration blending seasonal flavors with rich traditions in a festive garden setting.
“Taste of the Season offers a tremendous opportunity to showcase the city’s culinary talents while celebrating its culture,” said Rebecca Dietz, CPC president & CEO. “We are honored to partner with NewAge Products to host this event in our exquisite Outdoor Kitchen and Enrique Alférez Sculpture Garden.”
Taste of the Season will celebrate Día de los Muertos with cooking demonstrations, specialty cocktails, food, crafts, kid-friendly activities, and Day of the Dead altar by artist Hugo Montero. Additionally, New Orleans Pelicans and Saints games will be broadcast throughout the day for fans as they explore the festivities.
Botanical Garden visitors on Nov. 2 will receive free access to Taste of the Season. Event-specific tickets are $7 for children 3-12, $15 for adult residents of Louisiana and $25 for non-residents. Children under 3 and Friends of City Park Members receive free admission. For more information, visit NewOreansCityPark.org.
