NEW ORLEANS – Ascension DePaul Foundation (ADF), formerly Daughters of Charity Foundation of New Orleans, will host its annual Champions FORE Health Golf Tournament, presented by Quest Diagnostics, Saturday, Oct. 18, at Bayou Oaks at City Park in New Orleans (South Course, 1040 Filmore Ave.).
The tournament, which benefits the patients of DePaul Community Health Centers (DCHC), will begin with registration and light refreshments at 7:30 a.m., followed by a shotgun-start at 8:30 a.m. The tournament concludes with trophy presentations and lunch sponsored by the Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board. All funds raised will directly support DCHC patients who need assistance paying for their health care, which aligns with the Mission of DCHC – to provide access to high-quality and compassionate health care to all people regardless of their ability to pay.
The Event Committee includes Committee Chair Cade London, president and CEO of En Masse Media; Enebeli Kanonu, director of FQHC and Public Health Partnerships for Quest Diagnostics; Voris R. Vigee; and Anthony Gardner, CAO of Marillac Community Health Centers. Festivities include a Beat the Pro and putting contest, closest-to-pin and longest drive competitions, prizes for the top three teams, and a grand prize for a hole-in-one!
