The Garden District Book Shop Hosts Pelvic Floor Therapist Dr. Sara Reardon, June 13th

NEW ORLEANS – The Garden District Book Shop will host local author and pelvic floor physical therapist Dr. Sara Reardon on Friday, June 13, for an author talk/fireside chat with New Orleans Mom‘s Angelina Vicknair to discuss Dr. Reardon’s new book “Floored: A Woman’s Guide to Pelvic Floor Health at Every Age and State.”

Organizers share, Floored is the definitive guide to pelvic floor health, written by pelvic floor physical therapist and creator of the Vagina Whisperer, Dr. Sara Reardon. Too many women put up with pelvic floor discomfort, thinking their symptoms are “just part of motherhood and aging.” And for far too long, the American healthcare system has normalized pelvic problems, leaving women feeling hopeless, ashamed and suffering in silence.
