NEW ORLEANS – Saint John recently announced it is hosting a Summer Caribbean Wine dinner. The dinner will take place at the restaurant in the CBD on Thursday, July 31, at 6 p.m.
Organizers share that Chef de Cuisine Darren Chabert designed the six-course meal with dishes inspired by the Caribbean nations of Martinique, Saint Martin and Puerto Rico, among others. Each dish will also be paired with a wine to highlight the places and flavors.

First Course: Feroce d’avocat.
Second Course: Curried Lambie and Dumplings.
Third Course: Mofongo de Camarones.
Fourth Course: Spiny Lobster and Christophine Gratin.
Fifth Course: Bronzed Red Snapper.
Sixth Course: Torta del Platano and Helado de Batata.
