METAIRIE — New Orleans CityBusiness is looking for nominations to identify and honor 50 outstanding women whose successes in business and contributions to the community have set the pace for our region’s future. We are also seeking nominations for nonprofit organizations that have helped local women and/or children.
Women of the Year nominees should be innovative leaders who are making waves with their energy, ideas, achievements and commitment to excellence in the area. A selection committee will use the nomination forms and independent research to make final selections.
CityBusiness is also recognizing nonprofit organizations from across the New Orleans area that have gone above and beyond in serving the needs of local women and/or children. The nonprofit organizations will be selected based on their record of achievements that have benefited the community and moved it forward. Please nominate the name of the organization rather than one individual. Include detailed initiatives and accomplishments of how the nonprofit organization has made a lasting influence. They will be celebrated with the Women of the Year at an event at the Hyatt Regency.
Nominations for 2021 are due August 6, 2021.

Submitting multiple nominations for one nominee is not necessary, as the selection committee will not decide based on a show of support but rather on the quality and thoroughness of supporting information. Please be as complete and thorough as possible.
