NEW ORLEANS – The team at Jolie is excited to announce Chef Ray Ingerham has joined as Chef de Cuisine. Ingerham was born and raised in Sonoma County and was deeply influenced by the region’s bounty of produce and the vibrant kitchen culture that celebrated a farm-to-table ethos.
Inspired by local farmers, Ingerham pursued a culinary career that led him to New Orleans, where he honed his skills at renowned establishments such as Compère Lapin and La Petite Grocery. “I’m thrilled to be part of the Jolie team,” said Ingerham. “I look forward to bringing my creativity, experience and commitment to fresh, locally sourced ingredients to the Jolie menu.”

Operating hours for Jolie are 4-11 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday; 4 p.m. – 1 a.m. Friday and Saturday; and 4-11 p.m. on Sunday.
Food and drink specials, Cinq a Sept, run every day from 4-6 p.m. and music programming Thursday through Sunday.
