NEW ORLEANS – As Father’s Day approaches, Café Normandie at The Higgins Hotel & Conference Center is excited to announce a delicious brunch experience designed to celebrate the most important men in our lives. Join us on Sunday, June 16, from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. for a culinary journey that honors and cherishes our beloved dads.
Café Normandie is the full-service restaurant inside The Higgins Hotel & Conference Center, which is the Official Hotel of The National WWII Museum, and the epitome of luxury and elegance in the heart of New Orleans.
During this year’s Father’s Day Brunch, Café Normandie will serve bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Bulls, and a special Jazz Trio will provide live entertainment starting at 10 a.m.
The Higgins Hotel is also showing extra appreciation for dads by offering a complimentary admission ticket to The National WWII Museum for each dad who joins us for brunch. After brunch, the whole family can enjoy a visit to The National WWII Museum or explore the Museum Shop.

over easy egg, smoked gouda grits

For those Dads who want to enjoy breakfast options, the brunch menu will have a variety of dishes from a savory Crawfish Omelet to the classic Eggs Benedict, which can be served with a variety of sides such as breakfast potatoes or grits. Dads can customize their omelet with a variety of ingredients or opt for Pancakes or Belgian Waffles for a sweeter start to the day.
And Dad’s special brunch will end on a sweet note with decadent desserts, including French Style Crème Brûlée, Lemon Meringue pie or Beignets served with sea salt caramel and chocolate sauces.
