Saint Arnold Brewing Tap Takeover at Cochon Butcher on July 20th

NEW ORLEANS – On July 20 at Cochon Butcher, enjoy a selection of six rare Saint Arnold brews on draft, including a special bottle pour of the 30th Anniversary Grand Cru.

PLUS, Chef Roger Harper and the Butcher culinary team have crafted three special dishes to complement the brews:

  • Cochinita Pibil (Yucatec Slow-Roasted Pork) paired with Commitment Imperial Stout
  • Boudin Blanc with Apple Mustard paired with Wild Saison No. 2
  • Peanut Butter & Pork Fat Ice Cream Sandwich paired with Pumpkinator Imperial Stout
