Restaurants Couvant, The Eliza Jane Announce Spring 2025 Events

NEW ORLEANSCouvant, inside The Eliza Jane hotel, announced upcoming spring happenings, including its annual weekly Crawfish Boils and Easter brunch.

Crawfish Boils in The Courtyard, held every Friday from 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. beginning March 21 – Kick off the weekend in The Eliza Jane’s Courtyard with weekly, classic Louisiana crawfish boil. Enjoy fresh, hot, seasoned to perfection crawfish served with all the fixings: corn, potatoes and sausage.

Enjoy live music from Or Shoaly Plus and specials on local beers, seasonal cocktails and wine, for the perfect Friday afternoon.

Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 20 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. – The Eliza Jane invites everyone to enjoy a delicious, Easter feast without the stress of cooking. Couvant’s Chef Ryan Pearson has crafted a pre fixe menu featuring his signature Southern French fusion flair.

Highlights of the $62 pre fixe menu include:

  • Hot Cross Pancakes | Chocolate Chip Pancakes, Cream Cheese Frosting, Maple Syrup
