Couvant Announces Thanksgiving Menu

NEW ORLEANS – Couvant is excited to announce its Thanksgiving pre-fixe menu, available on Thanksgiving Day from 12 pm – 6 pm for those looking for a care-free holiday dining experience full of flavor and fun. The restaurant will offer a three-course adults menu ($65++) and three-course kids menu ($35++) featuring holiday flavors you know and love with a Couvant twist. Reservations are required (book through Resy or by phone).

In addition, Couvant will be collecting “cans for a cocktail” on Thanksgiving Day – for those who bring a canned item to the restaurant, Couvant will offer a complimentary cocktail. All cans will be donated to Second Harvest Food Bank.

ADULTS MENU. $65++

  • Appetizers (select one): Butternut Squash Soup (Wild Mushrooms, Duck Prosciutto), Celery Root Agnolotti (Parmesan Mousse, Green Apple, Cashew), Beet Salad (Goat Cheese Mouse, Candied Pecans, Green Apple, Farm Arugula), Foie Gras Torchon (Satsuma Marmalade, Toasted Brioche (+$9).
  • Mains (select one): Heritage Roasted Turkey Breast (Fricassee of Dark Meat, Mash Potatoes, Green Beans, Cornbread dressing, Cranberry Sauce and Sage Gravy), Crispy Skin Fish (Grilled Grand Isle Shrimp, Artichoke Baragoule, Roasted Garlic Sabayon), Prime Rib (Horseradish Sauce, Au Jus, Brussel Sprouts, Beef Fat Potatoes (+14).
  • Dessert (select one): All Pies served with Caramel Sauce and Vanilla Crème Glacée. Sweet Potato Pie, Pecan Pie, Apple Pie.

KIDS MENU. $35++

  • Appetizers (select one): Crispy Chickpea Fries (Tomato Aioli), Cheese Puff Pastry Bites (Gruyere, Truffled Mornay).
  • Main: Turkey Plate (Mash Potato, Cranberry Sauce, Gravy).
  • Dessert (select one): All Pies served with Caramel Sauce and Vanilla Crème Glacée. Sweet Potato Pie, Pecan Pie, Apple Pie.
