NEW ORLEANS – As the city gears up for its annual Tales of the Cocktail, The Royal Sonesta New Orleans is excited to announce a fun collab in partnership with Bacardi. The on-site restaurant and bar helmed by the great Chef John Folse, Restaurant R’evolution, has teamed up with Century Grand, named one of North America’s 50 Best Bars, to offer guests mixology master Jason Asher’s signature Beet and Yuzu gimlet!
The cocktail, named Miss Arizona, pays homage to the birthplace of Century Grand and officially launched at R’evolution on July 15. The cocktail will be available in both the restaurant and the bar throughout the rest of the month.
Combining dill-infused Patron reposado tequila with sweet and earthy house-made watermelon beet juice and a citrusy lemon-yuzu juice, the Miss Arizona offers a well-balanced, fuchsia-colored cocktail that is sure to delight. Topped with a frothy layer of foam and garnished with a single sprig of fresh dill, this cocktail is a must-try this month.
