Guests will be greeted with a glass of bubbles, followed by a Champagne sabering, and the opportunity to personally learn how to saber and be inducted into the Confrérie du Sabre d’Or as Sabreur.
Each ticket [$119 per person] includes Passed Appetizers – from Pimento Cheese Arancini with Tomato Jam to Steak Tartarewith Candied Red Onion & Toasted Cornbread. And, indulge in the Oyster Bar featuring Gulf Oysters with Chive Mignonette & Cajun Caviar. The festive experience also includes one complimentary tasting of each Champagne:
