NEW ORLEANS — Paranormal author and researcher Nicole Beauchamp will celebrate the release of her highly anticipated new book, Haunted French Quarter Hotels, with an immersive book launch party at one of the most notoriously haunted locations in New Orleans: the Haunted Hotel, located at 623 Ursulines Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70116.
The book release party will take place on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. CST, and will feature:
- A book signing and meet-and-greet with Nicole Beauchamp
- Local New Orleans vendors offering art, curiosities, and spiritual goods
- A live psychic reading experience
- An after-hours hotel tour and paranormal investigation, led by psychic medium and Louisiana Spirits investigator Misti Gaither
- A raffle for “The Ultimate New Orleans Experience” basket, featuring tickets to the Steamboat Natchez, the National WWII Museum, the Ogden Museum of Southern Art, local books (including a signed copy of Haunted French Quarter Hotels), merchandise from beloved local businesses, and more
The event is free and open to the public with goods and services for sale. A limited number of discounted rooms are available through a group block beginning Friday, October 3, for attendees who want to stay at the Haunted Hotel.
Haunted French Quarter Hotels releases on August 5, 2025, through Arcadia Publishing’s Haunted America series. The book explores chilling histories and documented hauntings across ten of the French Quarter’s most iconic hotels. From the sinister Room 208 at the Andrew Jackson Hotel to the ghostly lovers at the Olivier House, the phantom Axeman’s presence at the Haunted Hotel, and the legendary spirit of Maurice Bergere at the Hotel Monteleone—Beauchamp guides readers through stories where history and the supernatural intertwine.

Nicole Beauchamp is a world-renowned paranormal researcher, author, and founder of the Tri-City Ghost Hunters Society. Based in Bay City, Michigan, Nicole has investigated haunted locations across the globe since 2009, following her first life-changing visit to New Orleans. She holds a bachelor’s degree in applied science from Siena Heights University and also works as a licensed massage therapist.
