NEW ORLEANS — STEM NOLA, in partnership with the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation and Entergy, is thrilled to announce the Chevron STEM Fest, fueled by Chevron and executed by STEM NOLA, on December 19, 2024, from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM at the Caesars Superdome (Garage 1, Gate B – Plaza Level B, 1500 Sugar Bowl Drive, New Orleans, LA). This action-packed event, presented by Chevron and hosted by the R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl, will offer students in grades K-12 the chance to engage in hands-on STEM activities, meet inspiring innovators, and explore the exciting world of science, technology, engineering, and math.

The Chevron STEM Fest, fueled by Chevron and executed by STEM NOLA, is free for all students in grades K-12, providing them with an opportunity to explore the world of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) through fun, interactive learning activities. The event will feature engaging STEM booths, live demonstrations, and the chance to meet industry professionals and innovators who are shaping the future. Whether you’re building robots, learning about renewable energy, or discovering new technologies, there will be something for everyone at this action-packed event.

Volunteers needed!
STEM NOLA is also looking for passionate volunteers to help guide students through the event, lead hands-on activities, and inspire the next generation of innovators. Volunteers will play an essential role in creating an unforgettable experience for the kids and helping them explore the world of STEM.
Undergraduate college students who volunteer will receive a $50 stipend as a thank you for their time and commitment. This is an amazing opportunity to make a difference while having fun and gaining valuable experience.
