Indulge in The Sweetest Carnival Tradition – HNOC’s King Cake Tasting

Sample slices from some of the city’s best bakeries

NEW ORLEANS — Indulge in one of the tastiest traditions of Carnival season with a King Cake Tasting at the Shop at the Collection! Join us to sample slices from some of the city’s best bakeries—including Empanola, Gracious Bakery, Dough Nguyener’s, and Brennan’s—each offering their unique take on this signature sweet.

Afterward, stop by the museum (admission is free) to see the Vince Lombardi Trophy and New Orleans Saints Championship Ring from Super Bowl XLIV, along with the George S. Halas NFC Championship Trophy from the 2009 season—only on display February 7, 8, and 10 at HNOC.

HOW: Tickets are $5 for HNOC members and $10 for non-members and will be available at the door. Admission includes a slice of King Cake from all participating bakeries, one complimentary beer and water.
