NEW ORLEANS – Blue Cypress Books hosts a storytime series with storyteller Mr. Cole Sheehy. Each storytime will include multiple stories followed by activities. Storytime with Mr. Cole will take place on the second Sunday of each month. For clarity storytime will take place on the following dates::
- Sunday, July 14 – 1 – 2 p.m.
- Sunday, Aug. 11 – 1 – 2 p.m.
- Sunday, Sept. 8 – 1 – 2 p.m.
- Sunday, Oct. 13 – 1 – 2 p.m.
- Sunday, Nov. 10 – 1 – 2 p.m.
- Sunday, Dec. 8 – 1 – 2 p.m.
These events are free and open to the public and will take place at the bookstore, located at 8123 Oak Street, New Orleans, LA 70118.
Mr. Cole Sheehy is a long-time storyteller who has been doing story time programs across the city of New Orleans for over 7 years. His shamelessly boisterous story times are full of laughter, singing, and, of course, books!
