Dylan Krieger hails from the Great Lakes but has called south Louisiana home for over a decade. She holds degrees from the University of Notre Dame and LSU, teaches at Southern University, and serves as managing editor of the newsprint literary journal Fine Print. She is the author of seven books of poems, most recently Predators Welcome (Limit Zero, 2024), as well as a chapbook and a vinyl poetry EP. Contrary to Warhol’s prediction, she has experienced two different 15-minute bouts of fame: once in 2017, when the New York Times lauded her first book and it reached #1 in American Literature on Amazon, and once in 2021, when her poem-generating astrology website, orb.church, went viral on Twitter. Find her at dylankrieger.com.
A native of Mississippi, Benjamin Morris is the author of Hattiesburg, Mississippi: A History of the Hub City (Arcadia, 2014) as well as two books of poetry, most recently Ecotone (Antenna/Press Street Press, 2017). His work has appeared in The Oxford American, Lithub, and The Southern Review, and received fellowships from the Mississippi Arts Commission and Tulane University. Recently he won the 2021 Words & Music Writing Competition for Poetry, judged by Aimee Nezhukumatathil. He lives in New Orleans, where he serves as one of the coordinators for the New Orleans Poetry Festival. His next book, a full-length collection of poetry entitled The Singing River, is forthcoming from Belle Point Press in 2025.
